By registering, you automatically receive a free Cloud Slicer account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

We offer free and paid subscription plans.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing until canceled.
3. Refund Policy
You may request a refund within 30 days of your initial subscription start date.

4. Acceptable Use & Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our API in its original form (e.g., building a competing API marketplace).
- Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the Services.
- Use the Services for unlawful or harmful purposes.
You may use the API for building tools such as quoting systems, automation pipelines, and integrations into your own applications.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services provide cost and time estimates for 3D printing. These are approximations and may vary from real-world results.
We do not guarantee accuracy, suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Use of the Services is at your own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
Cloud Slicer shall not be held liable for printing errors, financial losses, or damages arising from reliance on our estimates.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Smith County, Texas.

Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
